PURCHASE RETURNS

As FOREVER QUEEN, we hope you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if you want to return our products, you can get a 100% refund of your money. In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, please read the return conditions below carefully. If the product you purchased meets the return conditions, it will be sufficient to fill out the return form and send it to us together with the product.

1.I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED, WHAT CAN I RETURN?
You can return products whose protective elements such as labels, original box/packaging, tape, seal, package are intact and therefore have not lost their resellable properties. Campaign and gift products are also subject to these conditions. You must send us the invoice of the product you want to return along with the product.

Used products with damaged packaging will not be accepted.

2.HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS I PURCHASED?

First of all, make sure that the products you want to return comply with the return conditions. If appropriate, you can return the product within 30 (thirty) days from the delivery date.

To return the products to Turkey, it is sufficient to use the local courier service; Return shipping is paid by the customer at the time of shipment.

Goods sent from Turkey to another country must be returned via the international company DHL. Please note that return shipping must be paid separately by the customer; The delivery fee will be announced by the company manager over the courier service fee when issuing the invoice for the return of the goods.
To send a refund, a return invoice is required on behalf of our company, we will issue it upon your request, please contact the manager by phone/what's app 05315267160 or email to foreverqueenbrand@gmail.com.

When the products you have sent in accordance with the information above reach us, their return will be approved if they comply with the return conditions specified above, and when your return is notified to your bank, you will be notified to your phone number or e-mail address in your membership information. Repayments vary depending on the bank's internal processes and delays may occur. We kindly ask you to follow these processes through your bank.

3. CAN I CHANGE THE CONTENT OF MY ORDER OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

No changes can be made to the content of approved orders. You can apply for the return procedure after the product is delivered to you. You can also cancel your order and place a new order.

Returns of orders are only possible before they are shipped. If your order has not been delivered to cargo, you can submit your request via e-mail to foreverqueenbrand@gmail.com or by calling our support line at 05315267160 during weekday working hours. It is not possible to cancel orders that have been shipped. You can apply for the return procedure within 30 days after you receive the product.

Once your order cancellation request is approved, the refund will be made in the same way as the payment method used for your order. Repayments vary depending on the bank's internal processes and delays may occur. We kindly ask you to follow up these situations through your bank. In addition, refunds of installment payments are made in installments in accordance with bank processes.


4. DELIVERY TERMS

 

Forever Queen does not operate on weekends or public holidays. If your cargo is coming from Istanbul, it will reach us within at least [1 (one)] business day, and if it is coming from other cities of Turkey, it will reach us within at least [2 (two)] business days. After we receive your return, it may take up to [7 (seven)] business days for it to be processed and the payment refunded, if it complies with the return conditions. If the payment is delayed due to reasons arising from third-party banks in the refund process, Forever Queen will not be held responsible for the delay.
